His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Ruler of Sharjah, has made an important decision about the Sharjah Design Centre. He has chosen Sheikha Hind bint Majid bin Hamad bin Majid Al Qasimi as the new director of the centre.

Sheikha Hind has always worked to support art and culture in Sharjah. Now, as the director, she will help young designers and artists grow. The Sharjah Design Centre is part of a bigger project called the Sharjah Creative Quarter. This place is made to help people learn and create new designs while also keeping old traditions alive.
With Sheikha Hind leading, the centre will continue to give support and tools to designers so they can improve their skills. This step will help Sharjah become even stronger in the world of art, culture, and design.
