Competing in the Men's Physique category under the International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (IFBB), Raja has made his mark on the international stage. Muhammad Hamza Raja recently received a significant honor—a recommendation for the prestigious UAE Golden Visa. The IFBB Federation endorsed his application, acknowledging his incredible contribution to the sport and his role as an ambassador for fitness. “This is a huge honor for me,” says Raja. “It motivates me to continue working hard and representing both Pakistan and the UAE with pride.”

Behind every medal and trophy is countless hours of training and discipline. Raja’s routine is rigorous and includes daily workouts, weightlifting, cardio, and strength training.
