Competing in the Men's Physique category under the International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (IFBB), Raja has made his mark on the international stage. Muhammad Hamza Raja recently received a significant honor—a recommendation for the prestigious UAE Golden Visa. The IFBB Federation endorsed his application, acknowledging his incredible contribution to the sport and his role as an ambassador for fitness. “This is a huge honor for me,” says Raja. “It motivates me to continue working hard and representing both Pakistan and the UAE with pride.”
Training, Diet, and Hard Work.
Behind every medal and trophy is countless hours of training and discipline. Raja’s routine is rigorous and includes daily workouts, weightlifting, cardio, and strength training. His diet is equally strict, focused on high-protein meals and balanced nutrition. “It’s not easy, but it’s worth it,” he explains. “Bodybuilding is a lifestyle. You have to live it every day, from what you eat to how you train and even how you think.” Raja believes in the power of hard work and perseverance. To his fans and followers, he says, “You don’t have to be perfect to start. Take small steps every day, stay consistent, and trust the process. Success will follow.”
