Bahrain Thwarts Drone and Missile Assaults Amid Iranian Hostilities

In the face of escalating Iranian aggression, Bahrain has recently thwarted a significant barrage of aerial threats, successfully intercepting 188 ballistic missiles and 445 drones aimed at its territory. This decisive action was taken by the Bahrain Defence Force, underscoring the severity of current regional hostilities.

An official announcement from the Bahrain News Agency confirmed that all potential threats were neutralized prior to inflicting harm. The rapid intervention of Bahrain’s air defense mechanisms safeguarded civilians and averted extensive structural damage.

The Bahrain Defence Force’s General Command condemned the missile and drone strikes directed at civilian locations, classifying them as blatant infringements of international humanitarian law and the tenets laid out in the United Nations Charter.
