FPT Named First Global Elite Reseller for SitecoreAI

Global IT services leader FPT Corporation has been appointed as the inaugural Global Elite Reseller under Sitecore’s newly launched Global Elite Reseller Program, an expansion of its successful Global Reseller initiative. This strategic move follows the introduction of SitecoreAI, a next-generation digital experience platform designed to place artificial intelligence at the core of marketing operations.

Under the three-year agreement, FPT will hold exclusive reseller rights in Vietnam and non-exclusive rights across selected markets in Asia and the Middle East. Through this partnership, FPT will bring SitecoreAI to market, enabling organizations to plan, create, personalize, and optimize digital experiences using AI as customer expectations and behaviors continue to evolve.

The appointment recognizes FPT’s long-standing leadership and deep expertise within Sitecore’s global partner ecosystem. As a Global Elite Reseller, FPT will advise, implement, and support enterprise-grade Digital Customer Experience (DX) solutions, delivering the full suite of SitecoreAI SaaS capabilities. These include content management, digital asset management, conversion optimization, and AI-powered experience orchestration through Agentic Studio.

The expanded reseller program complements Sitecore’s existing direct, alliance, and distributor models, reinforcing a partner-first ecosystem that blends global innovation with strong local market expertise, delivery capabilities, and accountability.

To support FPT’s success, Sitecore will provide regional channel sales and presales collaboration, along with comprehensive partner enablement, technical training, and commercial certification aligned with the Global Reseller tier. This approach is designed to accelerate implementation timelines and improve time-to-value for customers through trusted local delivery.
