Dubai World Trade Centre Unveils 2025 Event Calendar

Dubai is gearing up for one of its busiest and most exciting events seasons ever. The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) continues to strengthen the city’s position as a global hub for events and business tourism. For the last four months of 2025, DWTC has announced a robust calendar of events that includes over 135 high-profile exhibitions, conferences, and industry events. These events cover a wide range of sectors including technology, sustainability, healthcare, food and beverage, energy, construction, transport, finance, and education. This demonstrates DWTC’s central role in promoting innovation, commerce, and international collaboration.

Mahir Julfar, the Executive Vice President at DWTC, stated:

"Building on our strong performance in the first half of the year, we will continue to attract international event organisers, exhibitors, and visitors. Our calendar for the rest of 2025 features globally renowned events in both well-established and fast-growing industries. Flagship events such as GITEX Global, WETEX, and Big 5 Global showcase our ability to bring together the world’s top leaders, innovators, and key players to shape the future of the MICE industry."

He added:

"Through this dynamic line-up, we are further establishing Dubai as a hub for global business while supporting the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33), which aims to place Dubai among the top three economic cities in the world."

September 2025 Events Calendar

The month of September 2025 begins with Paper Arabia (2–4 September), one of the region’s leading paper industry events. Soon after, entertainment lovers can enjoy Comedy Mixtape 2025 (6 September) and a live music experience with Matt Redman (7 September).

From 8–19 September, the Universal Postal Union Congress Dubai 2025 will bring together postal industry leaders from around the world. At the same time, tech enthusiasts can attend WHX Tech (8–10 September), which focuses on healthcare technology, and couples preparing for their big day can explore The Gulf Bride Show (12–18 September).

Mid-September sees a busy schedule of manufacturing and industrial trade shows. Events include:

  • Middle East Composites & Advanced Materials Expo

  • ISM Middle East

  • Private Label Middle East

  • Middle East Foam & Polyurethane Expo

  • Adhesives, Sealants & Bonding Expo Middle East

  • Base Oils, Lubricants and Additives Technology Exhibition

  • Sleep Expo

  • Furniture Manufacturing Expo

  • Plastics Recycling Middle East

These events will run from 15–17 September, attracting industry professionals from across the globe.

Towards the end of September, Dubai will host:

  • Sign & Graphic Imaging ME Exhibition (22–24 September)

  • Ru’ya Careers UAE (23–25 September)

  • ArabLab+ (23–25 September)

  • Dubai Congress for Self-Driving Transport 2025 (24–25 September)

  • MEIDAM 2025 (25–27 September)

  • WETEX (30 September–2 October), which focuses on water, energy, technology, and environment solutions.

October 2025 Events Calendar

October begins with the World Green Economy Summit (1–2 October), highlighting sustainability and eco-friendly practices. Education-focused events also kick off with the Najah Exhibition (5–7 October).

Events highlighting accessibility, agriculture, and finance include:

  • AccessAbilities Expo (6–8 October)

  • AGRA Middle East (6–7 October)

  • The Forex Expo (6–7 October)

The mid-month sees the return of GITEX Global (13–17 October), the world’s largest technology event. GITEX Global showcases innovations across AI, fintech, health technology, and smart cities, attracting technology leaders and companies from all over the world.

In the latter half of October, the focus shifts to healthcare and human resources with events such as:

  • The International Family Medicine Conference and Exhibition

  • Annual Radiology Meeting (ARM 2025)

  • Healthcare Future Summit 2025 (21–23 October)

  • HR Summit 2025 (21–22 October)

The month concludes with beauty and wellness events, including BeautyWorld Middle East and Wellness & Spa Exhibition (27–29 October).

November 2025 Events Calendar

November opens with Gulfood Manufacturing (4–6 November), the region’s premier food and beverage processing event. Following this, educational and lifestyle events include:

  • GESS – Global Educational Supplies & Solutions (11–13 November)

  • Paperworld Middle East & Gift & Lifestyle Middle East (11–13 November)

  • World Tobacco (11–12 November)

The arts and mining sectors are represented with:

  • ICOM 25 – 27th International Council of Museums (11–17 November)

  • The Mining Show (17–18 November)

Other notable events in November include:

  • Middle East Organic and Natural Products Expo (17–19 November)

  • International Apparels and Textile Fair (17–19 November)

  • Vision Plus Expo (17–18 November)

  • Food Safety Conference 2025 (18–19 November)

Finally, the building and construction industry dominates the end of November with:

  • Big 5 Global 2025

  • Windows Doors & Facades

  • GeoWorld

  • HVACR World

  • LiveableCitiesX

  • Future FM (24–27 November)

December 2025 Events Calendar

December begins with the 19th World Congress of Neurosurgery (1–5 December), attracting neurosurgeons and medical professionals from across the globe. The Automechanika Dubai (9–11 December), the largest automotive aftermarket event in the region, follows.

The last few trade shows of the year include:

  • Asia Baby Children Maternity Exhibition (17–19 December)

  • China Home Life (17–19 December)

  • International Appliance and Electronics Show (17–19 December)

The Jewellery & Bride Arabia (18–21 December) concludes the DWTC 2025 calendar, marking the end of an exciting and action-packed events season.
