As part of ongoing efforts to achieve the goals of the 'Dubai Economic Agenda D33,' the Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Digital Dubai Authority. This agreement aims to strengthen cooperation in building a digital work environment and introducing innovative solutions that will help drive the digital transformation of the Dubai Government.

The signing ceremony took place at the DGHR headquarters and was attended by H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, and H.E. Matar Saeed AlHemeiri, CEO of the Digital Dubai Authority.
Under this agreement, both organizations will collaborate on technical support, training, and human resources development to accelerate digital transformation in government departments. The partnership will also focus on improving connectivity and integration in human resources systems, ensuring that government departments work together smoothly and efficiently. This step is expected to create a more effective and integrated government structure.
At the end of the ceremony, DGHR acknowledged the hard work and contributions of Digital Dubai employees, appreciating their role in fostering collaboration between the two entities. This recognition reflects Digital Dubai’s commitment to motivating its employees and encouraging them to contribute to the digital transformation of the emirate.
H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi expressed his enthusiasm for this collaboration, stating, “We are proud to join hands with Digital Dubai Authority in a strategic partnership that will take the Dubai Government’s digital transformation to new heights. At DGHR, we are committed to building top-tier digital infrastructure and introducing advanced technology solutions. These efforts will help create a flexible and innovative work environment that meets the highest global standards. This agreement will also enable us to develop modern systems and improve human resource processes, enhancing the technical skills of government employees and reinforcing Dubai’s status as a global leader in digital transformation.”
He further added, “We deeply appreciate the dedication of Digital Dubai Authority’s team in making this collaboration a success. Our team at DGHR remains committed to supporting the vision of our wise leadership, ensuring seamless integration between government entities, and contributing to the strategic goals of Dubai Economic Agenda D33.”
H.E. Matar Saeed AlHemeiri, CEO of the Digital Dubai Authority, also shared his thoughts on this partnership. He said, “Digital Dubai and DGHR have always worked closely together, but this new agreement allows us to take our collaboration to the next level. It reflects our shared vision of making Dubai a leader in various sectors, including human resources, which plays a crucial role in digital transformation. We are excited about this partnership and look forward to successfully implementing its objectives, ensuring that Dubai continues to set global benchmarks in digital governance.”
