Starting March 30, Dehradun Airport will introduce a new summer flight schedule with 38 flights taking off daily. These flights will connect 14 major cities across India, making travel easier for both tourists and business travelers visiting Uttarakhand.
More Airlines, More Destinations
The new schedule will include flights from well-known airlines such as SpiceJet, IndiGo, Air India, Alliance Air, and FlyBig. This will offer more travel options and flexible timings for passengers.

A major highlight is the return of SpiceJet, which will resume its daily flights to big cities like Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Delhi, and Mumbai. This is expected to make traveling to and from Uttarakhand smoother and more convenient.
Flight Timings and Destinations
Under the new schedule:
SpiceJet will operate daily flights to:
Bengaluru at 8:20 AM
Ahmedabad at 12:10 PM
Mumbai at 6:10 PM
IndiGo Airlines will add more flights from Dehradun to:
Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, and Lucknow with a mix of daily and weekly flights.
Air India will continue its regular flights to:
Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru, giving travelers flexible options.
Alliance Air will offer flights to Kullu-Manali three times a week.
FlyBig will provide regional connections to Pithoragarh and Moradabad, improving access to smaller cities.
Better Travel Options for Everyone
The updated flight schedule offers many travel choices. For example:
Flights will operate between Delhi and Kullu-Manali.
Passengers can also fly between Lucknow and Ahmedabad or Hyderabad and Pune.
There will be daily flights connecting Pithoragarh and Moradabad, making it easier to reach regional areas.
Boost for Tourism and Business
Uttarakhand, famous for its religious and adventure destinations such as Haridwar, Rishikesh, Mussoorie, and Nainital, is expected to benefit greatly. The increased number of flights will make it easier for tourists to visit, helping boost the local economy and tourism industry.
For business travelers, the improved connections to major financial cities like Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru will make traveling for work much easier.
