AD Ports Group and the Federal Youth Authority have signed an agreement to work together and create more opportunities for young people in the Al Dhafra Region. This agreement was signed during the first Tomouh Al Dhafra Career Fair, where AD Ports Group was an important participant. The goal of this partnership is to support and develop young Emiratis in Al Dhafra.
The Tomouh Al Dhafra Career Fair is supported by the Office of the Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region and serves as a great platform for recruiters to meet talented Emirati students and graduates looking for work.
The main focus of the collaboration is on five key areas: providing job opportunities for young people in Al Dhafra, helping them grow and develop, improving connections and growth in logistics, supporting community development, and giving youth a bigger role in local tourism.

By taking part in the career fair, AD Ports Group shows its commitment to offering Emirati youth the chance to learn new skills and prepare for the future. This partnership will help develop young Emiratis, giving them the opportunity to be mentored and trained to excel in different industries.
AD Ports Group is dedicated to supporting a strong economy, and as part of its efforts, it has created many programs to help young people develop their skills. These include the Voyage of Discovery program, which helps new graduates transition into the workplace; the Al Nawras initiative, which trains school leavers for jobs in operations and technical fields; the Abu Dhabi Maritime Academy program, which trains the next generation of maritime leaders; the Advanced Trade and Logistics Graduate initiative, which focuses on technology skills; and the Al Nukhba (Elite) program, which encourages young people to take part in strategic industries.
Sultan Al Ghaithi, the Group Chief HR Officer at AD Ports Group, said, “AD Ports Group is committed to empowering young Emiratis to play a key role in shaping the future of trade and logistics. We are proud to be a platinum-accredited organization that invests in its people, helping to create a skilled workforce that can drive sustainable global growth.”
AD Ports Group creates a workplace that encourages and supports employees, providing them with opportunities to improve their skills and contribute to the growth of both the company and the region.
His Excellency Khalid Al Nuaimi, Director of the Federal Youth Authority, shared his thoughts: “Our wise leadership has always focused on preparing young people to be skilled and capable, so they can contribute to important sectors in our country. This is achieved by creating the right environment to support their growth and meet their changing needs."
He also mentioned, “This partnership helps us achieve the goals of the National Youth Agenda 2031. It will launch initiatives that support young Emirati talent, give them real opportunities to contribute to national development, and help them unlock their full potential to improve society.”
