The Tomouh Al Dhafra Career Fair will be held in the Al Dhafra Region from April 30 to May 1, 2025. This event is under the support of the Office of the Ruler’s Representative in Al Dhafra Region. It is being organized by the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT). The fair aims to help Emiratis find good jobs and build better careers.

The Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) is the largest higher education institution in the UAE. This fair is part of HCT’s goal to help Emirati students and graduates find work that matches their education. It also helps connect students with companies in both the government and private sectors.

Dr. Faisal Al Ayyan, the President and CEO of HCT, said that the Tomouh Al Dhafra Career Fair shows HCT’s goal of helping Emiratis find good jobs and build their careers. He said that the fair will connect young Emiratis with jobs and help them be a part of the UAE’s growing economy.
This career fair will also help build strong ties between the public and private sectors. It is a way for companies and government departments to work together and give young Emiratis chances to grow their skills.
