AD Ports Group has signed a 10-year lease agreement with TW Steel, a well-known company that makes prefabricated (ready-made) structures. This deal will allow TW Steel to offer new services like building container units, as well as maintaining and repairing containers at Khalifa Port.
These new services will help shipping companies and container operators by giving them smart and eco-friendly (environmentally friendly) solutions. TW Steel uses modern technology that helps reduce energy use and protects the environment while still providing strong and reliable containers.
With TW Steel joining, Khalifa Port will be able to offer more to its customers. This means containers can be fixed faster, and there will be less waiting time. It also gives shipping lines, logistics companies, and other clients better and more competitive services, helping them save time and money.

Fakher Darwish, General Manager of TW Steel, also spoke about the partnership. He said this is a big step towards making ports in the region smarter and more sustainable.
This deal is part of AD Ports Group’s bigger plan to keep improving Khalifa Port. Over time, the port has become an important place for trade and logistics in the region. Thanks to its great location, modern facilities, and business-friendly rules, Khalifa Port is a popular choice for companies that want to start or grow their business in the Middle East.
