Dubai, UAE – October 2025: Kerry, a global leader in taste and nutrition, invites visitors to step into Kerry Unboxed at Gulfood Manufacturing 2025 — a dynamic, multi-sensory showcase where food innovation comes to life. The experience blends taste, technology, and creativity through live chef and barista activations, interactive workshops, and trend-forward product demonstrations, highlighting Kerry’s expertise in bridging foodservice and retail innovation.
Trend-Forward Culinary Concepts
Under the Kerry Unboxed theme, the booth will feature an array of innovative food and beverage concepts inspired by global trends and local tastes. The Barista Live Sessions will highlight the signature Gold Brew Qahwa — an inventive fusion of Arabic coffee and lemonade with a shimmering gold finish, marrying traditional flavors with modern creativity.
Chef-led activations will explore global taste trends, translating them into inventive dishes. Highlights include Truffle Parmesan Black Coated Chicken and Oh My Goshujang!, a tender short rib slow-cooked in spicy-sweet gochujang, presented by Korean Chef In Woo Park. Chef Danny Bruns will showcase the viral Nashville Chicken trend, reimagined as Nashville Chicken Potato Chips, while the Hot Honey Power Bar combines chicken, granola, and the popular hot honey flavor to create a functional yet flavorful snack. Visitors can also participate in The Cocoa Challenge, tasting indulgent treats with 20% less cocoa, proving that health-conscious innovation can still deliver exceptional taste.
Immersive Storytelling and Consumer Insights
At the heart of the Kerry booth, the Immersive Storytelling Room brings three innovation stories to life: kid-approved cheese snacks co-created with KidZania, cutting-edge beverage concepts, and World Cup-inspired snack innovations. The Kids Flavour Detective Co-Creation Workshop offered children hands-on exploration of taste science, which informed the development of new cheese powders — Savoury Parmesan and Creamy Gouda. These ingredients are now used to create bold, authentic flavors for regional and global consumers, reflecting how Gen Alpha’s preferences are shaping the future of food.
Every concept is grounded in consumer insights. According to PwC’s Voice of the Consumer 2025: Middle East, 36% of consumers prioritize taste, while 53% order takeaway or ready-made meals weekly, highlighting demand for flavorful, convenient offerings. A Euromonitor study further reveals that 30.3% of consumers snack for indulgence, underscoring the importance of taste-driven innovation in the region.
Thought Leadership and Smart Health Insights
Adding scientific depth to the booth, Professor Imed Gallouzi, Scientific Advisor to the Kerry Health and Nutrition Institute (KHNI), will share insights on Smart Health. Professor Gallouzi, a Chair at KAUST’s Center of Excellence for Smart Health in Saudi Arabia, guides Kerry’s research and innovation in nutrition and wellness.
On 4 November, Inanc Isik, General Manager – Retail, Middle East, will participate in the FoodTech Summit’s Visionary Leaders in Armchair panel, discussing “From Experience to Excellence: Reframing End-to-End Food Manufacturing to Drive Transformational Change.”
Inanc Isik said:
"Every year, Gulfood Manufacturing provides an incredible platform to connect with partners and inspire the future of food. In 2025, we’re elevating the experience through Kerry Unboxed, where our chefs and baristas demonstrate how taste, technology, and creativity shape tomorrow’s food and beverage. We are proud to show how Kerry’s global expertise and local innovation help the region’s F&B brands create products that are not only delicious but also better for people and the planet."
