His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Dubai Future Foundation, recently witnessed the signing of four important partnership agreements. These partnerships were between Ignyte, a global digital start-up platform, and top organizations such as the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), du, Dubai Technology Entrepreneurship Campus (Dtec), and in5.
These agreements are part of Dubai’s larger plan to grow its digital economy. The Dubai Digital Economy Strategy aims to help start-ups grow faster and make Dubai a leading center for innovation and entrepreneurship worldwide.
The signing ceremony took place during Dubai AI Week 2025, which is being held from April 21 to April 25 at the Museum of the Future, Emirates Towers. The event is supported by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and is organized by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence, part of the Dubai Future Foundation.

Sheikh Hamdan said, “To make Dubai a global leader in the digital economy, we need to support the entrepreneurs and innovators who will shape the future. These partnerships show our commitment to creating an ecosystem that helps start-ups grow, attracts global talent, and drives progress in technology. By connecting visionaries with the right opportunities, Dubai will continue to lead as a place where bold ideas and new businesses thrive.”
These partnerships are an important step for Ignyte as it expands its reach and aims to help entrepreneurs by giving them access to infrastructure, funding, expert advice, and simple business setup services. The partnerships also support Dubai’s goal of becoming one of the world’s most advanced and dynamic digital economies.
As part of the partnership, the Dubai Future Foundation will join the Ignyte platform. This will allow the foundation to offer more programs that focus on innovation. Through this, the DFF will connect with Ignyte’s start-ups and investors, and work together on projects that push forward the technology and businesses of the future. This aligns with Dubai’s long-term plans for growth.
In addition, du, which is Ignyte’s Exclusive Telco Partner, will provide early-stage start-ups with important tools like reliable communications, digital solutions, and expert advice. This partnership will help start-ups by offering access to high-quality telecommunications services, and will open new opportunities for investment, networking, and growth.
Through its partnership with Dtec, one of the largest technology hubs in the region, Ignyte start-ups will get benefits like flexible co-working spaces, support for business licensing, and soft landing programs for new businesses. This partnership shows a commitment to creating a thriving environment that helps businesses grow at every stage.
Meanwhile, in5 will offer Ignyte start-ups support through incubation, mentorship, and fast-track business licensing in the technology, media, and design sectors. This partnership aims to boost collaboration and innovation, supporting Dubai’s economic priorities under the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
Together, these partnerships will help make Dubai a top place for talented digital entrepreneurs and fast-growing start-ups. They bring together global innovation and local opportunities. These partnerships also show Dubai’s commitment to encouraging growth driven by entrepreneurship, diversifying its economy for the future, and building a strong digital economy.
Dubai AI Week has attracted participants from over 100 countries. The event features more than 180 speakers, over 150 sessions and workshops, and more than 140 activities. It brings together leaders from start-ups, businesses, governments, and universities to discuss and shape the future of artificial intelligence.
