First-Ever WRC Rally in Saudi Arabia Kicks Off in Jeddah

The highly-anticipated Rally Saudi Arabia Powered by Jameel Motorsport, the first-ever FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) round to be held in the Kingdom, is now less than 10 days away. Scheduled from November 26 to 29, the event will take place in Jeddah as the concluding round of the 2025 WRC season. The rally is set to attract motorsport enthusiasts from around the world and highlight Saudi Arabia’s growing prominence as a global sporting destination.

Organized by the Saudi Motorsport Company in cooperation with the Saudi Automobile and Motorcycle Federation and under the supervision of the Ministry of Sport, this historic rally will feature 82 drivers and co-drivers representing 25 nationalities. Competitors will take part in three main categories, covering a total distance of 1,218 kilometers, including 319 kilometers across 17 special stages designed to test skill, endurance, and adaptability.

The rally route will navigate the diverse terrains surrounding Jeddah, taking drivers through Khulais, Asfan, Thahban, Umm Al-Jurm, Al-Ghawla, and Wadi Al-Mutwi. Ahead of the main event, a parade of participating cars will take place along the Jeddah Corniche on November 21.
