Sean "Diddy" Combs, a famous music producer, is facing serious new charges. Prosecutors say he trafficked three women over 20 years. They claim he moved them across states and even to other countries for prostitution. This is part of a new case after he was already charged in September for abusing one woman.

Combs, 55, says he is not guilty. His lawyer said Combs plans to fight the charges and win. The trial will begin on May 5 in Manhattan federal court.
The new charges include running a crime group, sex trafficking, and moving people for prostitution. Prosecutors say Combs used his company, Bad Boy Entertainment, to hurt women. They also say he mistreated his employees and others who saw what he did.
Prosecutors claim that Combs used money, drugs, and promises of love or career help to get women involved. However, the names of the women are not given.
One of the women accusing Combs is his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, a singer. She sued him for abuse and rape but later settled her case one day after filing it. Combs denies what she says.
In 2016, a hotel video showed Combs hitting and dragging a woman. Prosecutors say the video looks like what Cassie described. Combs apologized last year for this incident. But his lawyer said the video doesn’t prove sex trafficking. The lawyer said their relationship was toxic but still full of love for 11 years.
Combs has been in jail since September 2024. He is being held in a Brooklyn jail. He is also known as Puff Daddy and P. Diddy. He became famous through his record company, Bad Boy Records, helping stars like Mary J. Blige, The Notorious B.I.G., Usher, and Faith Evans. But his career has slowed down after the police searched his homes in Los Angeles and Miami Beach in early 2024.
