Sean "Diddy" Combs' lawyers recently made a statement in court about the "freak off" videos. They say the videos show that the sexual encounters were consensual, meaning both people agreed to them. The lawyers also said the videos go against the claims made by the prosecution.

Combs' legal team believes the case against him is unfair and based on old-fashioned and sexist ideas. They argue that the videos have been misunderstood by the prosecution.
The defense said there were no secret cameras, no hidden filming, no minors involved, and no signs of force or violence in the videos. Instead, they describe the videos as showing adults engaging in consensual sex.
On the other hand, prosecutors say the videos show that Combs organized sex acts with male workers and women who were forced to take part. But Combs' lawyers reject this, saying it is not true.
Combs' legal team has asked for the videos to be shared with them, claiming that they do not show any forced or illegal activity. They said the videos show consenting adults and nothing else.
Combs is facing serious charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution, based on an indictment filed in September 2024. He has denied all the accusations and said they are not true. He is still in jail and is set to go to trial in May 2025.
