Dubai: His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has issued Decree No. (10) of 2025 to restructure the Board of Trustees of the Dubai Future Foundation (DFF).
The new board will be led by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence.
As part of this restructuring, His Excellency Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Gergawi has been appointed as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Managing Director of DFF. Meanwhile, His Excellency Omar bin Sultan Al Olama will serve as the Deputy Managing Director.

This decree is effective immediately and will be officially recorded in the government’s legal documents.
