El Baz Award for Excellence in Organizational Sustainability
First launched in 2011, the El Baz Award for Excellence in Organizational Sustainability aims to champion sustainable practices and drive organizational excellence globally. Named in honor of Dr. Farouk El-Baz, who significantly contributed to the Apollo Program and NASA's systems analysis, the award will be presented to organizations that embed corporate social responsibility (CSR) at all levels, promoting a culture of sustained competitiveness and value creation. The assessment focuses on two key aspects: institutional empowerment, which involves creating an enabling ecosystem that supports sustained organizational excellence, and performance, which examines economic metrics, internal capacity, external stakeholder engagement, competitiveness, and CSR impact.
Feigenbaum Leadership Excellence Award
Since its inception in 2006, the Feigenbaum Leadership Excellence Award has honored exemplary leaders in the Arab World who have significantly driven their organizations to fulfill their roles in business and society, instilled a quality-centric culture, and acted as role models. The award is established in honor of Dr. Armand Val Feigenbaum, President and CEO of General Systems Company, whose expertise in leadership and management has vastly improved results across major manufacturing and services companies worldwide. The award recognizes men and women in leadership roles and emerging youth leaders for their exceptional leadership and commitment to excellence in three categories: Accomplished Leaders, Women Leaders, and Rising Stars.
e-Learning Excellence Awards
The HBMSU e-Learning Excellence Awards, launched in 2005, recognize outstanding achievements in e-learning by organizations and individuals in the Arab World. The awards are divided into three categories: Best Research Paper for Smart Learning Implementation, Best Designed Smart Learning Course Award, and Outstanding Individual Achievement in Smart Learning Award. These awards celebrate innovations and excellence in e-learning, showcasing best practices and projects that have significantly contributed to the e-learning industry in the region. They also honor research that advances smart learning, courses that exhibit creativity and innovation in design, and individuals who have demonstrated leadership and made substantial contributions to the field of e-learning.
