His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Defence of the UAE, has announced the establishment of the ‘Mohammed Bin Rashid Leadership Forum’ as an annual event. This decision comes on the heels of the inaugural edition's success, which was attended by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

The second edition of the forum is scheduled for September 24-25, 2025, and will be organized by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development. Sheikh Hamdan emphasized that the forum embodies the ambitious vision of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, which focuses on nurturing a new generation of leaders adept at transforming challenges into opportunities. He stated, “The Forum serves as a strategic platform that plays a vital role in shaping Dubai's future directions and plans.
