DAE Leases 13 New Boeing 737-8s to Royal Air Maroc

Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd has signed an agreement with Royal Air Maroc to lease 13 new Boeing 737-8 aircraft, scheduled for delivery in 2027. This follows a previous deal where two Boeing 737-8 aircraft were leased and delivered to the airline in 2025.

Firoz Tarapore, CEO of DAE, said the deal reflects Royal Air Maroc’s trust in DAE as a partner for fleet expansion. He highlighted Morocco as a growing hub for tourism and business and expressed confidence in supporting the airline’s future fleet needs.

Abdelhamid Addou, Chairman and CEO of Royal Air Maroc, stated that the Boeing 737-8s will help the airline expand routes, increase flight frequencies, and improve operational efficiency. The new aircraft will strengthen connectivity between Africa, Europe, and beyond, while supporting growing passenger demand.

DAE currently manages around 750 aircraft globally, including 237 Boeing planes, with plans to expand further to meet market demand.
