In a tragic development, TP Singh, a post office superintendent in Uttar Pradesh, allegedly took his own life in his home district of Aligarh. Following the raid, Singh sent a suicide note via WhatsApp to several groups he was part of, detailing his grievances and attributing his actions to the harassment he faced from his colleagues.

In the letter, dated August 21, 2024, Singh expressed that he had been subjected to constant pressure and harassment by multiple office colleagues. He directly named several individuals, claiming that the relentless pressure and complaints from these colleagues drove him to his final decision. The letter was addressed to the Aligarh police chief and outlined the intense work environment that he said contributed to his decision.
