UAE Secures 10th Spot in Global Soft Power Index 2025 Worldwide Ranking

The UAE has achieved a major milestone by securing 10th place globally in the Global Soft Power Index 2025. This ranking highlights the country's growing influence on the world stage. Additionally, the UAE's national brand value has seen a significant rise, reaching 1.223 trillion dollars in 2025, which reflects its increasing economic strength and global reputation.

The Global Soft Power Index, published by Brand Finance, evaluates 193 countries based on insights from 173,000 business leaders, policymakers, and civil society members. It is considered one of the most comprehensive measures of national influence and perception. The UAE performed exceptionally well in various categories, ranking 4th in Future Growth Potential and Generosity, 7th in Economic Strength and Stability, 8th in Influence, and 9th in International Relations and Advanced Technology. The country also secured 10th place in Space Exploration and Global Affairs.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, emphasized the UAE's commitment to progress and global leadership under the guidance of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He highlighted the nation's dedication to fostering stability, development, and innovation on a worldwide scale. The UAE's growing influence is evident in its high rankings in diplomacy and global partnerships, positioning it among the world’s most influential nations.

The nation continues to strengthen its economic landscape, ranking 2nd globally in Ease of Doing Business. This achievement is attributed to its investor-friendly policies, advanced digital infrastructure, and economic reforms that attract entrepreneurs from around the world. In 2024, over 200,000 new businesses were registered, reinforcing the UAE’s status as a major business hub.

In addition to its economic strength, the UAE is making remarkable strides in technology and innovation. Ranked 9th globally in Advanced Technology, the country is at the forefront of digital transformation and artificial intelligence. It has also made a name for itself in space exploration, securing 10th place in this field due to its ambitious Mars and lunar missions.
