In the first round, teams will be organized into five groups of four. Group A will see India, Pakistan, USA, Netherlands, and Namibia competing, while Group B features Sri Lanka, Australia, Ireland, Zimbabwe, and Oman. Group C will showcase England, West Indies, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Italy, and Group D will comprise New Zealand, South Africa, Afghanistan, Canada, and UAE. The top two teams from each group will move to the Super Eight stage, divided into two groups of four.
