Saudi Arabia Issues Strong Statement Against Attack on UAE Embassy in Syria

Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has emphatically condemned the recent violent incidents, including rioting and vandalism, aimed at the United Arab Emirates Embassy located in Damascus, Syria. The assaults also targeted the UAE ambassador's residence, along with provocative actions against the nation's symbols.

In an official communication relayed by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the Kingdom expressed robust disapproval of these intolerable actions, stressing that such conduct contravenes diplomatic protocols and international agreements.

Saudi Arabia reiterated its unwavering opposition to all forms of aggression against diplomats and diplomatic properties. The ministry pointed out the imperative of ensuring the safety and security of diplomatic entities as guided by international law and treaties.
