During the Da-Bangg tour in Qatar, fans witnessed a hilarious moment when Bollywood superstar Salman Khan met his “duplicate” on stage. Comedian Sunil Grover, known for his impeccable mimicry skills, appeared dressed in black from head to toe, mimicking Salman’s signature swag and style perfectly.
The segment was hosted by Maniesh Paul, who prompted Salman to identify the approaching figure. As Sunil walked onto the stage, emulating Salman’s walk, mannerisms, and even his iconic style, the audience erupted in laughter. Salman and Sunil circled each other for a few seconds, sharing smiles, while the crowd cheered at the unexpected moment. The comedy reached a peak when Salman’s bodyguard, Shera, gently escorted Sunil off the stage as Salman continued to giggle.
Clips of the interaction quickly went viral on social media. Fans flooded the comment sections with amusement, with one writing, “He is more Salman than actual Salman!” Another fan called it an “Epic moment! Sunil Grover too good yaar.” Many recalled Sunil’s earlier impersonations of Salman on The Kapil Sharma Show, making this live encounter all the more memorable.
The Qatar leg of the Dabangg tour also featured performances by Tamannaah Bhatia, Stebin Ben, and Jacqueline Fernandez. One highlight included Salman dancing to Dil Diyan Gallan with Tamannaah, both dressed in stylish black and red outfits, respectively, enthralling fans with their chemistry on stage.
Off-stage, Salman Khan is busy with his next film Battle of Galwan, directed by Apoorva Lakhia. He will portray an Army officer in a story centered on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops. Chitrangada Singh plays a key role in the film, which is currently in production and slated for a 2026 release.
