The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has issued a warning to motorists regarding potential traffic disruptions on Dubai-Al Ain Road due to essential bridge maintenance work. This maintenance will affect traffic over the next several weeks.
Starting August 9, the RTA will carry out maintenance on the bridge located at the fifth intersection with Jebel Ali-Lehbab Road. During this period, motorists should expect delays in both directions along Dubai-Al Ain Road. Work will be carried out on weekdays from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and the maintenance is scheduled to continue until September 9.

In addition to the weekday disruptions, Dubai-Al Ain Road will face complete closures on weekends from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This full closure will be in effect for a two-week span, beginning August 9.
To minimize the impact on travel, the RTA has recommended the following alternative routes:
Motorists are advised to plan their trips accordingly and anticipate possible delays to avoid inconvenience.
