Palma Development Achieves Major Milestone in Construction Progress

Palma Development, a top real estate company in Dubai, has shared big news about its Serenia Living project in Palm Jumeirah. The project is worth AED 3 billion and has reached an important step in construction.

Serenia Living will have four towers with 226 luxury apartments. These will include two-, three-, and four-bedroom units, plus special penthouses and a Sky Mansion. The project will also have amazing features like one of the biggest swimming pools in Dubai, a modern gym, play areas for kids, and direct access to the beach.

Omar Derbas, the Executive Director at Palma Development, said, “We are proud to reach this stage of construction. It shows we are on track to finish Serenia Living on time, or maybe even earlier. We trust Khansaheb, our main contractor, to keep the project’s high quality.”
