Ginco Unveils $327M Luxury Development in Downtown Dubai

The UAE-based Ginco Properties has introduced One Residence, its flagship project in Downtown Dubai, with a construction cost of AED 1.2 billion ($327 million).

Ginco announced that Brad Wilkins, a renowned architect with projects in Singapore, China, and the United States, designed One Residence, located strategically in the heart of Downtown Dubai.

Wilkins, known for iconic skyscrapers such as the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the Pearl River Tower in China, expressed his excitement about returning to create another landmark in the Downtown area.

Ginco claims One Residence is situated near some of Dubai’s finest dining and shopping establishments. The 30-story development features 453 luxurious residences, accommodating various lifestyles with diverse configurations.

Each apartment, from lavish penthouses to cozy studios and one- and two-bedroom layouts, is meticulously designed with high-quality materials, offering panoramic views of the city skyline.

Ginco has selected One Broker Group (OBG), a reputable real estate firm specializing in upscale residential properties in the UAE, as its exclusive sales partner.

For the sought-after One Residence apartments, OBG has designed an attractive 50:50 payment plan, with competitive pricing starting from AED 1.2 million.

Urban Properties, renowned for its top-tier real estate projects in the UAE, will oversee the development of One Residence. With two decades of experience, Urban Properties will ensure smooth collaboration, planning, and execution.

The development features a variety of family-friendly amenities, entertainment areas, and wellness centers. It is scheduled for completion and handover in Q1 2027.
