Kasco Developments launches new residential project in Dubai’s Business Bay

Kasco Developments, part of Kasco Group, has started a new project called ONDA in the Business Bay area of Dubai. The project has an investment of more than AED 500 million ($136 million) and focuses on wellness and community living.

ONDA is part of Kasco Developments' plan to build 1 million square feet of homes by 2025. The building will have 23 floors with 348 homes, including 85 studios, 190 one-bedroom apartments, 69 two-bedroom apartments, and four three-bedroom penthouses. All homes are designed to be spacious, comfortable, and stylish.

“ONDA is more than just a building; it is a reflection of our identity,” said Mustafa Al Kaissi, Chairman of Kasco Developments. “We aim to create spaces that promote well-being and a sense of community. Our slogan ‘Inspire Your Soul’ shows our focus on designs that improve living.”

The project will have wellness features like a running track, a modern gym, and a spa with cold plunge and sauna. These will help residents stay healthy and fit. ONDA will also have both indoor and outdoor swimming pools for relaxation and fitness all year round. Wellness cafés will offer peaceful areas for rest.

The top-floor three-bedroom penthouses will have private pools, offering a luxury living experience.

“We believe a home should help restore your energy,” said Issa Abdul Rahman, CEO of Kasco Developments. “ONDA is designed to give residents many ways to relax and unwind, all in the center of the city.”

ONDA is in a great location, with easy access to major attractions like the Museum of the Future, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Airport, and Jumeirah Beach.

The project will cater to a variety of residents, including young professionals and families, offering both quality living and wellness. There will also be landscaped gardens, community areas, and spaces for social events to help residents connect with each other.

Construction started last month, and ONDA is expected to be ready by the second quarter of 2027.
