Following a devastating blast at a liquid petroleum gas cylinder filling shop in Hyderabad's Preetabad area, the death toll has tragically risen to 12 as reported by ARY News. The incident, which occurred on Monday, witnessed two additional individuals succumbing to their injuries, adding to the grim tally.
The blast originated from a LPG cylinder filling shop situated on the ground floor of Zacha Bacha Hospital, located along Mir Nabi Bux Town Road in UC-8 of Neerunkot. The intensity of the explosion and its subsequent impact were felt across the vicinity, sending shockwaves throughout the community.
Among the casualties, 11 injured individuals are currently under treatment at Karachi Civil Hospital, with seven of them listed in critical condition. The severity of injuries underscores the magnitude of the blast and the ensuing chaos it unleashed.

The aftermath of the incident has prompted swift emergency response efforts, with at least 60 individuals, predominantly young adults, sustaining severe burn injuries. In response to the tragedy, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali, accompanied by key ministers, visited the Burns Ward to assess the condition of the injured victims.
