Nora Fatehi has firmly denied all claims linking her to drug and rave parties allegedly organised by a detained trafficker in Mumbai. The reports also suggested that several Bollywood names and Dawood Ibrahim’s nephew, Alishah Parkar, were present at these gatherings. Reacting strongly, Nora posted a detailed statement on Instagram Stories, calling the allegations fabricated and asserting that her name is being unfairly targeted.
In her message, the actor explained that she does not attend parties and spends most of her time working or traveling for professional commitments. She stated that her personal schedule leaves no room for such social events, adding that her off days are usually spent resting, travelling to Dubai, or meeting old friends. She urged the public not to trust unverified reports circulating online and highlighted that similar attempts to malign her image had happened in the past. She emphasized that she remained silent previously, even when her reputation was being attacked, but would not tolerate such actions this time.
Nora also issued a strong warning against the use of her name or image in connection with situations she has no involvement in. She said such misuse would have serious consequences and stressed that she would not allow her identity to be exploited for attention or sensationalism.
The controversy stems from claims made by Mohammed Salim Mohammed Suhail Shaikh, a trafficker who was deported from Dubai and is currently in the custody of the Anti-Narcotics Cell’s Ghatkopar unit. Shaikh reportedly told investigators that he organised rave parties for individuals from the entertainment and fashion industries. He allegedly named Nora Fatehi, Shraddha Kapoor, and other celebrities as attendees, and claimed that Dawood Ibrahim’s nephew was present at some of these events.
Officials have not dismissed the possibility of questioning the personalities mentioned during Shaikh’s interrogation, though no formal summons have been issued so far. The investigation remains ongoing as authorities continue to verify the claims and examine the alleged network of drug-related activities.
