The trailer of Ranveer Singh’s upcoming film Dhurandhar was unveiled at a grand event in Mumbai on Tuesday morning, where director Aditya Dhar joined the cast on stage. The event, held at NMACC, saw an auditorium full of media and fans who enthusiastically celebrated the trailer. Online viewers have also praised the nearly four-minute trailer for being sharp, intense, and engaging.

Who is Ojas Gautam?

During the launch, Aditya Dhar introduced 22-year-old Ojas Gautam, the editor behind the trailer. Ojas is Dhar’s brother-in-law and the younger brother of actor Yami Gautam. Despite his age, he already has experience working in the film industry.

Aditya praised Ojas’ dedication, saying, “It’s been almost 72–76 hours that this boy hasn’t slept. He was cutting this trailer till 4 am and then got it all done.” As Arjun Rampal came over and hugged Ojas, Aditya added, “He is very close to me. He has been with me since 2020–21 when we were trying to make Ashwatthama. One of the reasons I could make this film is because of the persistence of this boy. He never stopped believing in me.”

Fans online applauded Ojas’ work, calling the trailer “outstanding” and “brilliantly cut.” Yami Gautam has often shared photos with her younger brother on social media, and his work on Dhurandhar has now gained wider recognition.

Dhurandhar is a spy thriller inspired by real events related to Operation Lyari in Pakistan and the alleged involvement of Indian intelligence. The film stars Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, Rakesh Bedi, and Sara Arjun. It releases in theatres on 5 December.
