Dubai’s aviation industry has achieved another big milestone. A new facility by Comlux, a global leader in business aviation, has been opened at the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) in Dubai South. His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, a key figure in Dubai’s aviation sector, was there to officially inaugurate the facility.
Many important people attended the event, including HE Khalifa Al Zaffin, Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation and Dubai South; Tahnoon Saif, CEO of MBRAH; Richard Gaona, Chairman of Comlux; and Joseph Huber, Vice Chairman of Comlux.
A Modern Facility
The new Comlux facility is located near the VIP Terminal at Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai South. It is very large, covering 20,000 square meters. The facility is designed for many purposes. It has a hangar where planes can be stored safely, areas for maintenance, offices, workshops, and storage rooms. It even has a special parking space for planes and offers services like aircraft cleaning and cabin detailing.
Leaders Speak About the Facility
Tahnoon Saif, the CEO of MBRAH, said the new facility is a great addition. He explained, “This advanced facility is a big step for MBRAH. It shows how we are working to bring the best aviation companies to Dubai and make the industry more innovative. Our goal is to make Dubai a world leader in aviation.”

Richard Gaona, the Chairman of Comlux, said the facility will help Comlux serve its clients better. He said, “This is an important step for us in the region. We are thankful to MBRAH for giving us this opportunity. With this new center, we will work closely with Dubai South to grow our business in Dubai.”
What is MBRAH?
MBRAH is a special hub in Dubai South designed to support the aviation industry. It offers many services for airlines, private jets, and maintenance companies. It also has training centers to teach new skills to people who want to work in aviation.
With the opening of the Comlux facility, MBRAH has taken another step toward making Dubai one of the world’s top aviation hubs.
