In a bold move to strengthen the global space sector, South Korea’s private aerospace firm, Innospace, is joining forces with the United Arab Emirates on a new strategic cooperation project set to materialize in 2026. The announcement came from Win Marshal Bronzwall, Chief Global Business Officer and Managing Director of Innospace, during the Dubai Airshow 2025.
The project aims to become a key driver for international partnerships while supporting the UAE’s ambition to advance future space technologies and solutions. “The UAE has positioned itself as a global hub for space innovation,” Bronzwall said, highlighting the country’s rapid adoption of emerging technologies and creation of an attractive environment for specialized aerospace companies.
Bronzwall also showcased Innospace’s technological capabilities at the Dubai Airshow, emphasizing the company’s readiness to contribute to the UAE’s growing aerospace ecosystem. The partnership is expected to open avenues for advanced vehicle development, research collaborations, and commercial space ventures.
Meanwhile, Innospace is preparing for its landmark SPACEWARD mission, the first commercial orbital flight from Brazil’s Alcântara Space Center, scheduled for November 20, 2025. This milestone demonstrates the company’s global ambitions and its focus on expanding commercial space access.
With countries like the UAE actively investing in space innovation, collaborations like this signal a new era of international cooperation in aerospace, combining cutting-edge technology with strategic global partnerships to accelerate exploration and commercialization.
