In Islamabad, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan, currently held in Adiala jail, conducted 105 meetings with at least 403 individuals over a span of 246 days, from September 28 to May 30, within the confines of Rawalpindi's Adiala jail, as per reports by Geo News. Imran Khan was transferred from Attock jail to Adiala jail the day after an Islamabad High Court (IHC) order in September of the previous year.
Having been imprisoned since August 2023, government data submitted to the Supreme Court on September 28 outlined that Imran Khan was permitted to meet with six individuals. In October, the former premier held 43 meetings with 12 people each time. November saw him conducting 13 meetings with 52 people. In December 2023, he engaged in 12 meetings with 48 individuals, and in January of the current year, he met with 17 people across eight meetings.

As per the latest available data, Imran Khan's meetings surged in February to 74 individuals across 19 meetings. The following month witnessed him engaging with 53 people in 11 meetings. April saw the PTI founder, ousted in 2022 by a no-confidence vote, meeting with 54 people in 15 sessions. In May, he was permitted to meet with 56 individuals across 13 sessions.
Meanwhile, the federal government countered former Prime Minister Imran Khan's assertions of being kept in solitary confinement by submitting documentary evidence detailing the individuals who met him and the facilities provided to him. The government proposed the appointment of a judicial officer, in the form of a commission, to verify the facts presented to the Court, if deemed necessary.
