Victoria’s Secret models are known around the world for their strong and sculpted bodies. Many people think their look comes from strict dieting or special genetics. But fitness trainer Kelsey Rose says the real secret is something else: consistent strength training and proper nutrition.

In an Instagram video posted on October 29, Kelsey Rose explained that most Victoria’s Secret models focus on building lean muscle. They do not try to get very bulky. Instead, they train to shape their muscles so their bodies look toned, confident, and healthy on the runway. According to her, the key is not to starve yourself or rely on luck. The key is to work out regularly and eat enough food to support muscle growth.

Kelsey shared clips of popular models like Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Irina Shayk. They all talked about how working out plays a big role in their routine. Candice said she focuses more on strength training than cardio because she is naturally slim, so she needs muscle to look strong. Adriana mentioned that you must work out every day to maintain your muscle tone. Irina said she works out five times a week and focuses on food as well. Alessandra said she spent a lot of time in the gym to shape her body.

Kelsey also said that while Pilates and low-impact exercise are helpful, strength training is the foundation. She explained that people often want to “tone” their body, but you cannot tone what you do not build. So first, you have to build muscle through strength exercises.

Nutrition is another important part. The trainer said many people work out but do not eat enough, which stops them from gaining muscle. To look strong and healthy, you must eat enough protein and calories. The models are careful about their food, and they make sure to fuel their bodies so they can train well.

This message is simple: a strong and sculpted body comes from hard work, consistency, and taking care of your health. It is not about starving, skipping meals, or doing only light exercises. It is about building muscle, eating well, and staying committed.
