Dubai’s iconic Global Village is gearing up for a spectacular celebration of the UAE’s 54th Eid Al Etihad, running from 27 November to 3 December 2025. The multicultural destination will transform into a vibrant showcase of national pride under the theme “United,” bringing together colour, culture, and creativity in honour of the nation’s founding spirit.
Every corner of Global Village will shimmer with Eid Al Etihad decorations and the radiant hues of the UAE flag, adorning gates, landmarks, and streets. Guests will be treated to a stunning display of ten cultural installations, each reflecting unique Emirati traditions—perfect for memorable photo moments with family and friends.
Adding sparkle to the celebrations, fireworks will light up the sky from 1 to 3 December at 9:00 PM, painting it in the national colours. For a modern twist, exclusive UAE-themed drone shows will illuminate the night on 1 and 2 December, merging innovation with national pride.
A highlight of the week will be the theatrical dance operetta “From the Desert to the Stars,” performed twice daily from 1 to 3 December on the Main Stage. The emotional and visually rich performance captures the journey of the UAE’s unity and ambition. Visitors will also enjoy traditional Yola and Harbiya performances, reflecting the country’s rhythmic heritage. The festivities reach their musical peak with Khaleeji singer Khalid Mohammed’s live concert on 1 December at 9 PM.
Shopping enthusiasts can explore Emirati and Union Day products across the Emirates Pavilion, 971 Community Pavilion, and Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation Pavilion, featuring handcrafted goods from productive Emirati families. The Heritage Village, supported by the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center, will also showcase authentic crafts and cultural treasures.
For food lovers, Global Village promises a feast of traditional Emirati flavours, including Luqaimat, Ragag bread, and other heritage dishes that celebrate the nation’s culinary soul.
True to its legacy, Global Village continues to celebrate Eid Al Etihad as a symbol of unity and pride, offering guests an unforgettable experience that beautifully connects tradition with joy, community, and celebration.
