Dubai, UAE – 4 November 2025: Sankari proudly announces the groundbreaking of its landmark flagship project, Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place, situated in the prestigious Marasi Marina district. Al Basti & Muktha LLC (ABM) has been appointed as the main contractor for the project, with a contract valued at nearly AED 1 billion and completion anticipated within 34 months.
