The goal of this change is to make Ericsson's work easier and faster, improve how they respond to customers, and make it clearer who is responsible for what in each country. The new Saudi Arabia Customer Unit will handle all customers in the country. This is one of five new units set up in the region to improve how the company works. The new structure will help them use their resources better and make faster decisions.
Håkan Cervell has more than 30 years of experience in the technology field. He has worked in Saudi Arabia and Egypt before, helping to build strong relationships with partners and driving progress in digital technology.
This new customer unit for Saudi Arabia is part of a larger plan to improve Ericsson’s operations in the region. The company has also set up other units in different parts of the Middle East and Africa, such as CU Gulf and CU West & Southern Africa. Each unit will focus on meeting the needs of its local market and helping customers more effectively.
