In the past year, Emirates has significantly expanded its global reach, doubling the number of cities accessible beyond its network. This has opened travel opportunities to nearly 1,700 additional cities, allowing more than 61,000 passengers each week to connect seamlessly through the shared networks of Emirates and its partners.

By forming new partnerships and strengthening existing ones, Emirates has extended its reach through 31 codeshare agreements, 118 interline partnerships, and collaborations with 13 rail and helicopter service providers. With 162 partners across over 100 countries, travelers benefit from seamless single-ticket journeys, easier baggage transfers, frequent flyer advantages, lounge access, and an overall smoother travel experience.

Emirates’ partners can now offer passengers connections to over 140 destinations via its extensive network and world-class services, both on the ground and in the air. In the past year, the airline launched 16 new partnerships, including codeshare deals with Avianca and Batik Air Malaysia. Additionally, Emirates finalized interline agreements with Kam Air, SriLankan Airlines, Condor, Flynas, Viva Aerobus, Sun Express, Maldivian, Siberia Airlines, and Kenya Airways.

Travelers now enjoy access to faster train connections across Europe through Emirates’ partnerships with Trenitalia, Spanish Rail Renfe, Austrian Rail OBB, and Swedish Rail SJ. Emirates also became the first full-service airline to partner with BLADE, an air mobility company, enabling customers to book helicopter transfers between Nice and Monaco on a single ticket.

Adnan Kazim, Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer of Emirates, highlighted the airline’s strategy of expanding its global presence and partnership network. Kazim said Emirates is leveraging its partners’ networks to offer customers expanded connectivity and easy access to destinations worldwide, aligning with Dubai’s D33 strategy to establish the city as a global hub for business and tourism.

Emirates’ partnership with flydubai is one of its most successful collaborations, offering access to over 230 destinations across 100 countries with 275 daily codeshare flights. Since 2017, more than 17.5 million passengers have used the joint networks of Emirates and flydubai, showcasing the benefits of their partnership.

In addition to its airline collaborations, Emirates has teamed up with regional carriers to offer access to unique destinations. Its partnership with Maldivian provides connections to 16 islands in the Maldives, while Pro Flight Zambia gives travelers access to 13 destinations in southern Africa, including the Lower Zambezi National Park.

Emirates’ key partnerships with United Airlines, Air Canada, and Qantas offer customers access to over 350 destinations across North America, Central America, South America, Australia, and New Zealand. These alliances provide seamless connectivity, loyalty rewards, and enhanced customer experiences.

Emirates’ global partnerships span:

The Americas: Through United, Air Canada, and other regional partners, customers can access over 375 cities in Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central and South America.

Europe: Emirates’ partnerships with seven airlines and 33 interline partners, alongside rail collaborations in countries like Germany, Spain, and Italy, provide travelers access to more than 380 cities across the continent.

Asia: With 12 codeshare and 42 interline partners, Emirates connects travelers to over 500 cities in the Far East, West Asia, and the Indian Ocean.

Australia: Emirates’ partnership with Qantas offers access to more than 85 Australian cities, while Qantas customers can reach over 45 destinations across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa through Emirates.

Africa: Emirates’ network across Africa extends to over 210 destinations through five codeshare and 18 interline partners, providing travelers with more flight options to smaller regional points across the continent.

Emirates’ Skywards loyalty program and SkyCargo division also collaborate with codeshare and interline partners to maximize benefits for both passengers and cargo customers. Emirates Airport Services ensures that customers enjoy smooth connections and access to dedicated lounges in Dubai and other key hubs.

Through its ever-expanding partnerships, Emirates continues to provide unparalleled connectivity, convenience, and choice for travelers, reinforcing its status as a leading global airline.
