Dubai Holding Real Estate (DHRE) has given a big contract to UAE-based company Wade Adams to build roads and infrastructure for the first part of the Plantation Development project in Dubai. This project will be built on a large 185-hectare piece of land, located between Hamdan Road (D54), Latifah Street (D67), and Emirates Road (E611). It is close to many villa communities, making it an important new residential area in the city.

Wade Adams is a well-known company in the UAE that builds roads, buildings, and other big projects. The company will be responsible for making roads and important services like a drainage system for rainwater, street lights, traffic signals, and a drinking water supply system.
Wade Adams will also install a sewerage system, an irrigation system for plants, and a fire safety system. They will build water storage tanks for firefighting and irrigation and set up a pumping station. The company will also install electricity cables for both high and low voltage power, telecommunication lines, and security and gas ducts. In addition, they will connect the area to the main utility networks that serve nearby developments.
DHRE said that this area is mostly desert land, and they want to design it in a way that allows buildings and nature to blend together instead of standing apart. The goal is to create a peaceful and balanced living environment where homes and green spaces exist in harmony.
Giving this contract to Wade Adams is an important step in building the Plantation Development project. DHRE is investing in high-quality infrastructure to create a well-planned and modern residential community in Dubai.
