The congress is recognized as the world’s only global gathering dedicated to chamber leaders and executives, providing a key platform to exchange knowledge, discuss challenges, and strengthen international business networks.
During the congress, Dubai Chambers conducted more than 25 bilateral meetings with government entities, private companies, and chambers of commerce from around the world. These meetings aimed to highlight Dubai’s vibrant economic opportunities and explore new pathways for deeper trade and investment partnerships between Dubai’s business community and its international counterparts.

Memorandum of Understanding with Victorian Chamber
A key milestone of Dubai Chambers’ participation at the congress was the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Australia. The MoU is designed to:
Encourage Australian companies to explore investment opportunities in Dubai.
Support Dubai Chamber members in expanding their businesses into Victoria.
Strengthen collaboration on specialized trade exhibitions and investment missions.
Facilitate the exchange of commercial and economic data to benefit both business communities.
This agreement reflects Dubai’s ongoing commitment to building strong international partnerships and creating a mutually beneficial environment for businesses from Dubai and Australia.
Highlighting Dubai’s Economic Strength
Dubai’s business environment was a key topic at the congress. During a panel session titled “Geo-Economics: Navigating the Ripple Effects of Geopolitical Disruption”, His Excellency Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah highlighted why Dubai continues to attract global investment.
He explained that capital naturally flows to business hubs that offer stability, diversification, security, and adaptability. Dubai provides a modern and open business environment, making it a highly attractive destination for investors. Despite global economic shifts, Dubai has maintained strong international investor confidence, positioning itself as a central hub for global trade and business expansion.
His Excellency emphasised that these strong fundamentals make Dubai a safe and profitable place for both local and international businesses to grow.
Launch of the Chamber Benchmarking Tool
In addition to its meetings and MoU, Dubai Chambers launched the Chamber Benchmarking Tool during the congress. This tool was developed in partnership with the International Chamber of Commerce and the World Chambers Federation.
The platform allows chambers of commerce around the world to measure their operational excellence across seven core roles and responsibilities. By benchmarking their performance against international best practices and global standards, chambers can identify areas for improvement and enhance the services they offer to their business communities.
This initiative underscores Dubai Chambers’ commitment to innovation, excellence, and continuous development within the global network of chambers.
The Significance of the World Chambers Congress
The 14th World Chambers Congress is not just an event but a significant global platform for chamber leaders. It provides:
Opportunities to exchange expertise and insights.
A forum to address challenges impacting businesses worldwide.
Networking possibilities to strengthen international cooperation.
Dubai Chambers’ presence at this event emphasizes its role as a global connector, building bridges between Dubai’s business community and international markets.
Dubai’s Global Vision
Dubai continues to solidify its reputation as a world-class business hub. Through active engagement in global events, signing strategic agreements like the MoU with the Victorian Chamber, and launching innovative tools such as the Chamber Benchmarking Tool, Dubai demonstrates its commitment to supporting businesses, encouraging international investment, and fostering economic growth.
By attending the World Chambers Congress, Dubai Chambers has reinforced its vision of connecting Dubai to the global economy, ensuring the emirate remains a preferred destination for trade, investment, and business development.

Through strategic collaborations, innovative initiatives, and active engagement with international counterparts, Dubai continues to strengthen its position as a leading global business hub.
This successful event also reaffirms that Dubai’s stable, secure, and diversified economy, combined with a modern business environment, continues to make it an ideal destination for global investors.
