Dubai Taxi Company PJSC (DTC), a leading provider of mobility solutions in Dubai, has reported a strong operational and financial performance for Q3 2025, underpinned by fleet expansion and rising demand across its services.
Revenue and Profit Growth
For the third quarter, DTC recorded revenue of AED 585.3 million, a 15% increase year-on-year, while nine-month revenue reached AED 1.8 billion, up 13% from 2024. EBITDA for Q3 grew 23% to AED 151.4 million, with the EBITDA margin rising to 26%, reflecting improved efficiency across operations. Net profit for the quarter jumped 28% to AED 76.4 million, highlighting strong profitability.
Fleet Expansion and Segment Highlights
DTC’s total operational fleet now stands at 10,500 vehicles, a 19% rise compared to last year. The taxi segment contributed AED 506 million in revenue, supported by a fleet of 6,215 vehicles, including 401 fully electric taxis. Limousine services maintained steady growth, generating AED 27.8 million, while bus revenue surged 90% to AED 29.8 million due to revised contract terms.
The delivery bike segment saw impressive growth, with revenue climbing 62% to AED 18.3 million, driven by the expanding on-demand delivery market. Across taxis and limousines, DTC completed 13.1 million trips in Q3, a 7% increase year-on-year.
Strategic Partnerships and Digital Integration
DTC strengthened its e-hailing presence through a strategic alliance with Kabi, integrating 3,680 Kabi taxis into the Bolt and Zed platforms. Combined with DTC’s own fleet, the partnership now covers 72% of Dubai’s taxi market, advancing the city’s goal of converting 80% of trips to e-hailing. Since December 2024, the Bolt app has been downloaded over 652,000 times, with more than 27,000 cars registered and 277 fleet partners onboarded.
Collaborations with Mastercard and Emirates NBD further boosted Bolt’s brand visibility and opened additional revenue opportunities, enhancing DTC’s digital ecosystem.
Financial Stability and Outlook
DTC maintains a healthy balance sheet, with a net debt-to-EBITDA ratio of 1.5x and AED 68 million in cash. In August 2025, the company distributed AED 160.7 million in dividends for H1 2025, reflecting a commitment to shareholder returns.
With Dubai’s tourism and population growth, combined with continued investments in smart mobility, DTC is well-positioned for sustainable expansion. The company aims to optimize efficiency, strengthen margins, and transition to a fully electric fleet by 2040.
