Film producer Boney Kapoor has inspired many people by losing 26 kg at the age of 70. His transformation became a topic of discussion on social media. People were surprised to know that he did not go to the gym or follow any hard exercise routine. His main focus was only on eating right and staying disciplined.
Boney Kapoor shared that earlier he weighed around 114 kg. Now his weight is around 87 to 88 kg. He said that he wants to lose a little more and reach 85 kg. His reason for getting healthier was his wish to stay fit and live longer to support his children and their goals. He said that his weight loss happened because of strong self-control and consistency.
Boney Kapoor’s diet is simple and easy to follow. For breakfast, he drinks juices and eats fruits such as amla and kiwi. Along with that, he has a two-egg-white omelette. For lunch, he keeps it light by eating soup or jowar roti with dal and vegetables. For dinner, he eats tandoori chicken with soup or sometimes only soup.
If he feels hungry during the day, he eats chickpea flour cheela as a healthy snack. He also said that he allows himself one or two cheat days because life should feel normal and enjoyable.
His story shows that weight loss does not always require heavy workout routines. Small daily changes, simple food, and regular habits can make a big difference. However, experts always advise that individuals should choose diet plans based on their own health needs.
Boney Kapoor’s journey has encouraged many people to believe that age is not a barrier. With patience and willpower, good health can be achieved at any stage in life.
