Middle East :
Deloitte Middle East has announced the launch of its Middle East Center of Excellence for Oracle AI Agents, an advanced innovation hub designed to accelerate the adoption and implementation of agentic AI—artificial intelligence capable of autonomous reasoning and action—across public and private sectors in the region.
The newly established Center will serve as a dedicated regional platform to develop, deploy, and scale Oracle AI Agents, combining Deloitte’s global experience with its deep local expertise. This initiative aims to empower organizations to reimagine traditional workflows by embedding autonomous decision-making into daily operations, resulting in improved efficiency, security, and measurable business outcomes. “As a strategic partner to both government and enterprise clients, we see it as our responsibility to bring world-leading innovation to the region,” said Corinne Johnson, Partner and Oracle Offering Leader, Deloitte Middle East. “Our new Center for Oracle AI Agents will enable leaders to adopt autonomous systems that operate securely, responsibly, and at scale.”
The Center will cater to clients across the GCC and wider Middle East, supporting digital transformation goals while strengthening the region’s role as a hub for next-generation AI-driven systems. Through this Center, Deloitte will not only implement Oracle’s AI Agent technologies but also develop new, purpose-built agents to address regional challenges in key sectors such as finance, government services, supply chain management, human capital, and customer experience.
“This Center marks a pivotal step in our strategic journey,” added Faisal Darras, Oracle Lead Alliance Partner, Deloitte Middle East. “By leveraging Deloitte’s global assets, Oracle expertise, and strong regional presence, we are prepared to help clients deploy agentic AI solutions immediately and effectively.”
Earlier this month, Deloitte showcased its global AI leadership as a Global Accelerator Sponsor at Oracle AI World 2025 in Las Vegas, where discussions on autonomous technologies and AI governance aligned closely with Deloitte’s regional vision.
The Center of Excellence is designed to act as a bridge between Oracle’s global advancements and the Middle East’s growing demand for intelligent automation. It offers comprehensive capabilities including:
Certified AI Agent Practitioners: A team of regionally based experts trained to design, implement, and scale Oracle AI Agent solutions.
Sector-Specific Deployments: Tailored use cases across industries such as finance, public administration, supply chain, HR, and customer engagement.
Innovation Workshops: Structured programs for clients to co-create, prototype, and refine AI-driven workflows with Deloitte’s guidance.
Teams within the Center are already contributing to global Oracle AI Agent initiatives, reinforcing Deloitte’s commitment to innovation and ensuring that the Middle East plays a central role in shaping the future of agentic AI worldwide.
By merging Oracle’s cutting-edge AI technology with Deloitte’s consulting excellence, this Center aims to make autonomous intelligence accessible, practical, and transformative for organizations seeking to stay ahead in the evolving digital landscape.
