Ambulance Centre Hit by Debris, 2 Medics Injured in Kuwait

Two members of Kuwait’s emergency medical teams were injured after debris fell on an ambulance centre, according to the Ministry of Health. Officials confirmed that both injured staff members are in stable condition.

The incident occurred while the medical personnel were on duty at one of the ambulance centres. Ministry spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Al-Sanad said emergency teams responded quickly, providing first aid at the scene before transferring the injured to a nearby hospital for further treatment and evaluation.

He added that both individuals are currently stable and receiving proper medical care.

The Ministry of Health stated that it is closely monitoring the situation in coordination with relevant authorities. It also assured that the incident has not affected the readiness of health facilities or the delivery of medical services.

Authorities continue to ensure the safety of healthcare workers as part of an integrated national response system.
