The 2025 Asian Youth Para Games (AYPG) has started in Dubai, and Chery, a leading car company, is proud to support athletes from Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Iraq. As the official partner for these national teams, Chery is helping the athletes with transport, sponsorship, and encouragement during this important sports event.

The slogan for this event is “With CHERY, Born to Rise,” which means Chery believes in helping athletes grow and succeed by using new technology and showing care and responsibility. Chery is not only a car company but also a friend to these athletes, helping them move forward in their sports dreams.

Support and Grand Send-Off Ceremonies in Partner Countries

Before the Games began, special send-off events were held in Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and Indonesia to honor the athletes and officials going to Dubai. These ceremonies showed the strong friendship between Chery and the sports teams.

  • In Indonesia, the ceremony was led by Zeng Shuo, President of Chery Indonesia, and Senny Marbun, President of the Indonesian National Paralympic Committee. Chery provided a convoy of 10 hybrid TIGGO cars to escort the 120-member team, including 89 athletes and 31 officials, safely to the airport.

  • In Kazakhstan, the Vice Chairman of Kazakhstan’s National Paralympic Committee, Olzhas Akpambetov, thanked Chery for its support. Chery’s TIGGO7 model was used to escort the team, showing trust in the brand’s safety and reliability.

  • In Malaysia, Chery arranged 26 plug-in hybrid cars for the athletes and officials. Men Lin Bo, Executive Vice President of Chery Malaysia, praised the athletes’ courage and excellent sportsmanship. Chery also gave a financial sponsorship of 29,000 Malaysian ringgit and extra rewards to athletes who win medals to encourage them.

Chery’s Promise: Safety, Comfort, and Green Technology

Chery cares deeply about safety and the environment. The company has 55 car models that have received top safety ratings worldwide. They also use special green technology called the Chery Super Hybrid (CSH) system, which helps cars use less fuel and produce less pollution.

Chery’s vehicles are made with comfort in mind, including features that are safe and friendly for children and pets. This shows how much Chery cares about the wellbeing of everyone who uses their cars, especially the athletes traveling to the Games.

Chery’s Long History with Sports

Chery has worked with many important sports events around the world. They have supported football teams like Spain’s national team, rugby events in Australia and South Africa, and other sports such as sailing competitions in Turkey and the Dakar Rally in Chile.

Chery’s goal is to be a partner in sports where courage, fairness, and hard work are important. Just like athletes train to be strong and fast, Chery works hard to improve its technology and cars.

From Humble Beginnings to Global Success

Chery started as a small company by a lake in China 27 years ago. Today, it is a huge company listed among the world’s top businesses, with more than 18 million users in over 120 countries.

Chery spends a lot of money each year on research and development. It has more than 43,000 patents for new technologies and has made its Super Hybrid system one of the most efficient in the world. This shows Chery’s spirit to always do better and break new limits — just like athletes at the Games.

Committed to Communities and a Better Future

Chery does more than just sell cars. It helps local communities in countries like Indonesia and Iraq with social projects such as child welfare and relief work. In the UAE, Chery works with its official partner AW Rostamani Group to offer new ideas, customer services, and support programs for the community.

Chery’s long-term plan includes caring for the environment and people. The company is part of global projects to protect nature and has donated millions to help children through organizations like UNICEF.

Looking Ahead with Hope and Courage

As the Asian Youth Para Games continue in Dubai, Chery stands by the athletes every step of the way. Chery’s support helps the athletes travel safely and comfortably and motivates them to do their best.

Chery and the athletes share the same spirit — to rise above challenges and shine brighter every day. Together, they show how technology, care, and courage can make dreams come true.
