AMIS Development has started a new housing project called Woodland Terraces in Dubai’s Meydan area. This project costs AED 130 million ($35.3 million) and promises a stylish and modern way of living. It is located in District 11 and has a glass front with step-like balconies, giving it a beautiful and modern look. Every apartment has its own outdoor space, allowing residents to enjoy fresh air and lovely views.

The project offers 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. Each home has an open kitchen, a big living area, and a spacious terrace. The homes also have attached bathrooms, walk-in closets, and a separate laundry area, making life easy and comfortable for residents.
The official launch of Woodland Terraces took place at Jumeirah Beach Hotel with over 700 guests, including investors, property agents, and buyers. The event had a grand fireworks and laser show, along with live music and performances. The well-known presenter Priti Malik hosted the event, making it even more special.
Neeraj Mishra, the Founder and CEO of AMIS Development, shared his thoughts on the project. He said that Woodland Terraces is designed not only to offer luxury but also to help people feel connected—to nature, to their neighbors, and to their lifestyle goals. He added that great design is not just about looks but also about making life better and more comfortable.
Woodland Terraces offers top-class features for its residents. It has a rooftop infinity pool, a padel court, a gym, a yoga space, and an outdoor movie area. The ground floor includes a kids' play area, a big entrance lobby, and the AMIS Café, where residents can relax and enjoy their time.
The location of this project is perfect for people who love convenience. It is just 10 minutes away from Meydan Mall and Racecourse. Popular places like Burj Khalifa, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Mall, Museum of the Future, and DIFC are only 12 minutes away. Dubai Healthcare City is just a 15-minute drive, while Dubai International Airport is 20 minutes away. People can also reach Burj Al Arab in 23 minutes and Palm Jumeirah in 25 minutes.
Woodland Terraces comes after the success of AMIS’s earlier project, The Woodland Residences, which cost AED 425 million. This project, launched last year, sold out completely within just one week. It set a high standard for premium homes and even included special surfaces made in collaboration with Automobili Lamborghini and Laminam, making it one of the most unique homes in the area.
AMIS Development has also gained strong support from global investors. In November 2024, a big investment company from Singapore, First APAC Fund VCC, signed an agreement to invest up to AED 5 billion in AMIS. This investment shows that AMIS Development is trusted worldwide for its luxury real estate projects. With Woodland Terraces, AMIS is once again bringing a top-class housing experience to Dubai.
