Dubai will soon see two new skyscrapers, each standing 591 feet tall, as part of a grand luxury project at Marasi Marina. This $1 billion (around Rs 85,879 crore) project is called Regent Residences Dubai and is expected to be completed by 2027.
The Twin Towers will feature 63 luxury apartments. Each apartment will take up an entire floor, giving its residents full privacy. These apartments will have amazing views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Creek.
One unique feature of this project is a 43-foot-long infinity pool connecting the two towers at the top. However, this pool will only be available to the ultra-penthouse, a special apartment located on the rooftop. This penthouse, which is 35,000 square feet in size, will have six bedrooms, a private gym, and its own elevator.

Although the rooftop pool is exclusive, every apartment will come with a private swimming terrace. Additionally, residents will have access to an 82-foot indoor lap pool.
The project is designed by Foster + Partners, a well-known architectural firm. The design of the towers was inspired by the look of flowing water. The buildings will have balconies with pools that stick out from the sides, giving them a modern and sleek look.
Each apartment is built to bring in natural light and let in fresh air. The design ensures that all apartments have stunning views of Dubai, including sunrise and sunset over the city.
Beyond the apartments, this project offers many luxury facilities. There will be tennis and padel courts, outdoor lounges, a private cinema, and even a virtual golf simulator. The project also includes 10 floating homes, called “water villas,” which will sit on the marina.
The base of the towers will have green spaces, shops, and dining options. This makes it not just a place to live but also a hub for leisure and relaxation.
This grand project is part of a larger plan to redevelop Marasi Marina in Business Bay. The goal is to turn this waterfront area into a luxury living and entertainment spot, adding another jewel to Dubai’s crown.
