Under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Dr Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi will host the fourth edition of the Al Thuraya Exhibition and Platform from 25 to 29 January 2026 at Marina Hall, ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi.
Her Highness serves as Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural and Educational Institutions and Chairperson of the Al Thuraya Platform.
The event is supported by the Abu Dhabi Convention and Exhibition Bureau, part of the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi, along with ADNEC Centre Abu Dhabi and the National Art Expressions Program of the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge.
The Al Thuraya Exhibition and Platform is recognised as an important cultural and economic initiative that supports the growth of creative industries and strengthens the cultural economy. It provides an interactive space that brings together creatives, artists, thinkers, and entrepreneurs, with a special focus on Emirati women entrepreneurs, allowing them to present their projects, build professional networks, and explore partnership and investment opportunities.
The fourth edition builds on the success of previous years and will feature a diverse programme including art exhibitions, cultural and poetry evenings, panel discussions, and specialised workshops. These activities highlight women-led business experiences and discuss opportunities for sustainable growth in cultural and creative sectors.
The platform plays a key role in empowering Emirati women entrepreneurs by helping them promote their creative projects to a wide audience, expand professional connections, and reach new groups interested in culture and creativity. It also supports the alignment of creative products with Abu Dhabi’s cultural and tourism vision.
Participants from previous editions have confirmed that the Al Thuraya Platform helped their projects achieve real and sustainable growth, while opening doors to cooperation with local and international institutions, strengthening their presence in both cultural and economic fields.
The exhibition also contributes to enriching Abu Dhabi’s cultural and tourism landscape, enhancing cultural tourism, improving quality of life, and reinforcing the emirate’s position as a regional and global centre for culture and creativity.
With strong media support, the platform continues to spread its message of creativity, empowerment, and national identity. The public and those interested in culture and entrepreneurship are invited to visit the exhibition and take part in its activities.
