WhatsApp is working on a new feature that will let people manage multiple accounts on one app. This feature is being tested for iPhone users. It will help users easily switch between personal and work accounts without using different devices or apps.

The feature is part of the latest WhatsApp test version for iPhone, available through the TestFlight program. Even though it is not available to beta testers yet, it shows that WhatsApp wants to make the app experience similar on all devices. The same feature was already tested for Android users.
There will be two ways to add an extra account. Users can either start fresh with a new account or link an existing account by scanning a QR code.
Each account will work on its own. This means that chats, notifications, backups, and settings will be kept separate for each account. This is good for users who need to manage both work and personal chats in one place.
The feature will be especially helpful for people with dual SIM phones. They will be able to manage both phone numbers in one WhatsApp app, instead of using WhatsApp Business for one of them.
WhatsApp has said this feature will help users keep their chats organized while keeping the accounts separate. The feature will be available in a future update, making it easier for users to manage multiple accounts.
